Ancient stringing method - for longbows only
A stringing method for longbows.
From bottom to top, it follows: tip against the outside of the right foot, lower limb inside the calf and thigh, handle over the right "cheek", upper limb follows the right shoulder blade to over the right shoulder. String by feel. Useful for bows roughly in excess of 74". This site is not responsible for difficulties incurred attempting this old and venerable method of stringing.
